CA Radha Haridas - B.COM, FCA, DISA(ICAI), Certified in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection (FAFD)

Founding Partner

CA Radha Haridas, a Graduate in Commerce, is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Along with her degree, she holds a post qualification in DISA (ICAI) and is certified in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection (FAFD). She qualified in the year 1991.

Being one of the founder partners of the firm and with more than twenty-five years of professional experience, she has expertise in the fields of Audit, Transfer Pricing, Personal, Corporate and International Taxation.

As a managing partner of the firm, she also has experience in various consultancy assignments in the areas of Due Diligence Audit, Review of Internal Control Systems, Share Valuation, Project Planning etc.

CA Haridasan Panniamvalli - B.Sc, FCA

Founding Partner

CA Haridasan Panniamvalli is a Graduate in Science and a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He qualified in the year 1988.

He has served leading companies in various functions and varied industries. With a total post qualification experience of about 30+ years, he has contributed to the success and growth of the firm and many companies across various domains.

Apart from core Finance & Accounting Experience, he is also a Management and Strategy Expert. He has completed management programs from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and from leading Global Business Schools like IMD Lausanne, Switzerland.

CA I V Sai Kiran - B.Com, ACA

CA Sai Kiran is a Graduate in Commerce and serves as an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) after qualifying in the year 2019 and pursued his certification on Internal Audit conducted by Board of Internal Audit & Management Accounting of ICAI.

Having done his internship in Bengaluru, he has been involved in handling audits of banks, tax compliance and advisory to individuals, firms and corporate clients, designing of SOPs, Amalgamation of Companies.

His first experience as a Chartered Accountant was with RHHP & Associates as an Assistant Manager for a period of 3 years. Later, he associated with the firm as a Partner in the year 2022.

CA K V V Surendra - ACA

CA Surendra serves as an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) after qualifying in the year 2018 and pursued his certification on Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) conducted by Accounting Standards Board of ICAI. He is also a Semi - Qualified Company Secretary.

Having done his internship in Bengaluru, he has been involved in handling audits of banks, large corporates including Listed Companies, tax compliance and advisory to individuals, firms and corporate clients.

His first experience as a Chartered Accountant was with RHHP & Associates as an Assistant Manager for a period of 3 years. Later, he associated with the firm as a Partner in the year 2022.
